On April 2, 2012, after a Guru Rinpoche tsok ceremony during the one month PSL Dzogchen retreat on the Union of Mahamudra and Dzogchen, Venerable Khenpo Tsewang Rinpoche announced the wonderful news that many new monks have recently joined the PBC sangha in Sarnath, India.
